Yes! We groom all breeds, from small dogs like Chihuahuas and Shih Tzus to larger breeds like Golden Retrievers and Huskies. Our groomers are experienced in breed-specific styling and coat care.

Absolutely. Our groomers are trained to handle nervous and anxious dogs with patience and a calm approach. We take extra time and never rush the process. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Check-in is from 10am and check-out is by 7pm, in line with our operating hours (Tuesday to Sunday). If you need an early drop-off or late pick-up, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

To make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible, please bring:

Yes. Our team provides 24/7 supervision throughout your pet's stay. They are never left alone and will have access to fresh water at all times. Your pet's safety and comfort is our top priority.

Yes! VIP package guests receive daily photo updates via WhatsApp. For other packages, you're always welcome to message us for an update anytime — we're happy to let you know how your pet is doing.

For the safety of all pets in our care, vaccination records are mandatory for hotel stays. We require proof of up-to-date vaccination for rabies, distemper and parvovirus at minimum. Please bring the vaccination booklet on check-in.

We are open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 7pm. We are closed on Mondays. Public holiday availability may vary — please check with us via WhatsApp to confirm.
